Privacy policy

This policy explains how I handle the data you send me through the contact form on this website (Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

Data collected

Full name, email, phone if you give it, property location and the text of your message. I collect no other data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Purpose and legal basis

I use the data only to answer your request, arrange a site visit and prepare a possible proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data I cannot reply to you.

Retention

I keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request. If no assignment follows, I delete it within 24 months. If an assignment follows, I keep it for the periods required by professional and tax obligations.

Recipients

The website and the form are run by Netlify, Inc., acting as data processor; messages also reach me by email through Google. These providers may process data in the United States, with the safeguards set by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). I do not share the data with anyone else.

Cookies

The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing (Articles 15-21 GDPR) by writing to the addresses above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.
